Book Review:
Jude was warned about the Vargas Brothers, that they're heart breakers. At least that's what her three older sisters said. So, when Jude decides to help her dad fix up his old motorcycle, she's forced to have the help of Emilio Vargas. But as the days go on, Jude wonders if Emilio isn't like the other Vargas boys.
I acquired "The Book of Broken Hearts" at my local library, and I was excited to get started. This isn't a typical love story, which I liked. I enjoyed the father-daughter relationship between Jude and Papi, it gave the book a heart warming feel, (which made my cup of coffee taste even better). Emilio's character to me was real, and I loved it. I honestly cannot not like this book more. A five star book.
I can't wait to read more of Sarah Ockler's work.
